Terms & Conditions

Clear terms for website and software services.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Zobly website and describe the general framework for our software services. Final commercial and technical terms for any project are confirmed in a signed proposal or agreement, which takes priority over this page.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

2. Use of the website

The website is provided to share information about Zobly and its software. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or its systems
  • Copy, scrape or republish our content or designs without permission
  • Submit false, misleading or harmful information through our forms
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the website or other users

3. Information and accuracy

We work to keep website content accurate and up to date, but descriptions, features, screenshots and prices are for general information and may change. Capabilities and charges for a specific project are confirmed in the quotation.

4. Software services and licensing

Software licensing, number of users, branches, customization scope, hosting and support are defined in the proposal. Unless the agreement says otherwise, the client receives a right to use the software for its own business and does not receive ownership of the source code, the right to resell it or the right to modify it.

5. Payments and delivery

Payment schedules follow the approved quotation. Delivery timelines depend on the agreed scope, timely feedback and approvals from the client. Work may be paused when agreed payments or required inputs are delayed. Third-party costs such as hosting, domains and messaging services may be charged separately.

6. Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of data they enter, for protecting their login credentials and for the lawful use of the software, including compliance with the laws that apply to their own business such as tax, labour and data protection rules.

7. Intellectual property

The Zobly name, logo, website content, designs and software are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of Zobly or its licensors. Client data remains the property of the client.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zobly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or data loss arising from the use of the website or the software beyond what is stated in the signed agreement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

9. Third-party content and advertising

The website may display third-party advertisements and links. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for third-party products, services or content.

10. Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the website or to services if these terms or an agreement are breached. Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as ownership, payment and liability, will continue after termination.

11. Governing law and disputes

Unless a project agreement states otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. We encourage you to contact us first so that any concern can be resolved in good faith.

12. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The updated version applies from the date shown at the bottom of the page.
